The customer service is excellent! They took additional steps to troubleshoot the issue and validate the repair before releasing the vehicle to me. It really felt like this shop cares about their customers, which is not something I see anywhere anymore. Additionally, their prices are not inflated and they completed the repair in a timely manner.

Extremely happy with the Porsche knowledge they have. Their certified tech was spot on and took time to explain quite a few things to me. Night and day experience from my old service location. Not the cheapest in town but perhaps the most skilled and therefore worth every penny.

I have been taking my car to Mercedes-Benz of Greensboro for services since I relocated from Maryland two and a half years ago. I was paying four to $600 for an oil change which I thought was totally ridiculous but I wanted my vehicle to remain in tip top condition since I had no inclinations of getting rid of it anytime soon. Foreign Accents was highly recommended by my neighbor and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and professional and the price was phenomenal. Foreign Accents is my new car care service and I am truly grateful to have found a reputable car Care Service to take care of my baby I will most definitely be a repeat customer!

Came in because I tried to DIY a suspension job and things didn’t go as planned. Thankfully Foreign Accents took care of it. They were fast and affordable, and the quality of their work is more than great and the staff was kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Foreign Accents will be my go to shop for anything from now on.
